Our glass ornaments are crafted and shipped directly from our international production partner to ensure premium quality. Due to their fragile nature and longer shipping distance, costs are slightly higher.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because most of our products are made-to-order, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail stores. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Each item in our shop is created specifically for you at the time of purchase. This means we don’t keep inventory on hand — your order is printed, packaged, and shipped just for you.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or change of mind. Please be sure to double-check your size, color, and personalization details before placing your order.

📍 Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing soon after they’re placed, we can only cancel or modify them within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely started and we cannot guarantee changes.

🌍 International Orders

Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. If an international package is returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund.

🎁 Holiday Season Reminder

During peak seasons (like November–December), shipping times can be longer. Please place your orders early to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for late deliveries that are outside our control.
